Is this just a generic zodiac reading?

No. Sun-sign horoscopes use only your birth date. Astrologic calculates a sidereal Vedic chart from your birth date, time, and place, then composes each chapter from your actual Moon, Ascendant, planets, houses, nakshatra, and Navamsha placements.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

Use the closest time you can verify. Your Moon, Sun, nakshatra, and many planetary themes may still be useful, but your Ascendant and house-specific chapters become less reliable as the time becomes less precise. A birth certificate or hospital record is the best source.

When will I receive my report?

Generation begins as soon as your payment confirms and usually takes a few minutes. Your personalised PDF is emailed to the address you provide. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

How is this different from a free kundli site?

Free kundli tools generally hand you a chart and a table of placements and leave the interpretation to you, often alongside paid consultations or gemstone offers. Astrologic gives you 12 written chapters that read your placements together into one picture, in plain language, with no consultation to book and nothing further to buy.

What information do I need to provide?

Your name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, and an email address for delivery. We resolve the coordinates and timezone from your birthplace automatically; a city and country are usually enough.

How accurate is the birth chart?

The chart is calculated from your birth coordinates and local time using astronomical ephemerides and the Lahiri sidereal zodiac. Accuracy depends most on birth-time precision—within 5–10 minutes is ideal for the Ascendant and house cusps. Astrology itself is interpretive, so read the narrative as a tool for reflection rather than objective fact.

How is the written report produced—and how should I read it?

Your chart is calculated first, from your own birth coordinates and time. Every chapter is then composed from that computed placement data, with editorial review of the templates and structure, so the writing refers to your Moon, Ascendant, houses, and nakshatra rather than a sign-based template. Composition is software-assisted, which is how delivery takes minutes instead of days. Treat the result as a thoughtful starting point for self-reflection, not a verdict or professional advice.

What is a natal chart, and which system do you use?

A natal chart maps the sky at the exact time and place of your birth. Astrologic uses Vedic Jyotish conventions: sidereal positions with the Lahiri ayanamsa, whole-sign houses from your Lagna, and bhāva context, together with Navamsha (D9), Moon, and Sun charts.

How is the report delivered?

You receive your personalised PDF by email within a few minutes of payment. No account or login is required, and the file is yours to keep.

Do I get anything besides the PDF?

Yes—a plain-text companion file containing the same written chapters plus a structured appendix of your chart data. It is a bonus for anyone who likes to keep notes or context in their own tools; the PDF remains the main reading experience and the easiest version to verify.

Is my data private?

Your birth details and email are used to calculate, generate, and deliver your report. We do not sell your personal information for marketing. Razorpay handles payment details, so Astrologic never stores your card or UPI credentials. See Privacy & terms for full details.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay; Astrologic receives only the payment status needed to fulfil your order.

Can I get a refund?

Because a personalised report is generated immediately for your birth data, refunds are not available after the files have been produced and sent. If your attachments are missing, unreadable, or contain a technical error, contact us and we will resolve the delivery issue.

Does this include predictions, remedies, or medical advice?

No. This is a self-reflection report, not a prediction service or live consultation. It does not include dashas, transits, yogas, medical advice, or guaranteed remedies. Traditional colour and gemstone associations are clearly presented as folklore, not promises.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient's name and birth details, then use the email address where you want the report delivered. There is no separate gift mode.
